I can now officially say that I gave a presentation at an archaeology conference at the British Museum!

Last week at the British Museum’s Palaeolithic-Mesolithic Conference (which overlapped with the virtual ESA symposium), I presented some of my PhD research on potential insect traces in bone from a site called Lynford (which weirdly doesn’t have much evidence from the soil of the kinds of beetles I’d expect to be making these kinds of traces).
It was really fun to catch up with my friends from the British Museum, Barnham excavations, UCL, and Durham. You’re all lovely people!
It was really neat to present and see my peers/colleagues there! Hope to see many of you again in York this summer for the next conference.
